:-(

How about some Dasha? There's a nice list of her "Dorset County" stories on crack_van from a few years back:

I'm also in the mood to rereread Distant Journey, Unknown Lands by Martha and Lemon Drop:

Thanks, Helen. I love Dasha's Dorset County and will love reading it again and Lemon Drop and Martha are two of my favorite writers. And can I just say I'm enjoying the hell out of your Blair and Mer story. Absolutely love it.

Just about anything by LM Lewis, Cheride or Owlcroft on ff.net in H&M is well worth reading!

Hope the rough patch slips by fast.

I'm sure it will, mate. Thank you for the recs. Thinking of having a H&Mc reading day today and just let the world go by without me.

This isn't one of the fandoms you mentioned (Pros) but it is one of my favorite feel good stories - The Return by Ellis Ward. Doyle completely fell apart when Bodie died, but when Bodie turns up alive, the joy they both feel changes everything. *happy sigh* I might have to go read it again now.

I hope things are better for you soon.

I love Ellis' stories. Thank you, Caro. I totally forgot about Pros.

Least I can do is give some of the love back..
All TS, all slash:

Anna's 'Curtains' - a warm chuckle and glow from start to finish:
http://www.drizzle.com/~eliade/index.html

'Waking' by Resonant because it's just so damn sweet and still very, very them.
http://www.852prospect.org/archive/archive/firsts3/waking.html

'Territorial Imperative part 7' by Bone, because that climb Blair does onto Jim's lap is just so life affirming.

http://www.852prospect.org/archive/archive/drama4/ti7territorial.html

And a wonderful trilogy by Arrow. 'Acceptable Damages', 'Sense Memory' and 'Scavengers'. A little heavy on the hurt (of Jim, I love stories with Blair as comforter) in the first part, but it just makes the comfort all the sweeter:)) The link is to the first part at her lj, they are not archived at Prospect:

Hope they help.

Thanks so much. I love all these writers. And you're right about that scene of Bone's in TI. And Arrow's a wonderful new writer.

"Written by the Victors" by Speranza is so very cool: http://www.trickster.org/speranza/cesper/Victors.html

The SGC tells them to bring Atlantis back to our Galaxy to fight the Ori. Our boys aren't so happy with that option and chaos ensues... Very well written.

Oh thank you. I love Speranza's stories and I haven't read this one yet.
